Its locked at High. High, Medium, and Low all look different.

Right now if you change the settings to Ultra there will be no difference between that and High in the Beta.

@zenak2 I know mine isn't that good, but I thought I'd at least be able to play the demo in 1080p at low with 35/45 fps. I mean, I was able to play Bfbc2 medium 1080p and play Cod Mw2 maxed out everything + recording with fraps on 90 fps and play Cod4 on 300 fps or so

Syntax, can you please tell me what your performance drop is from Bf3 to Bfbc2. I have a new pc with an i7-2600 processor and an HD 6570 1 GB Gfx-card. I can run Bfbc2 in 1080p on medium at 40/50 fps, but when i play bf3 on medium I get 20 fps orso, and i've downloaded the driver optimizers.

your running this on low with a GTX 570.

I think you need to look at what kind of bottleneck is occurring because that card should be able to run anything maxed out. even if your recording it should run perfectly on high to medium.

the benchmark for the GTX 570 for this Beta with everything on Max is an average of 50-60 FPS on a 1080P resolution.

@Nomad2243 I can run it at max at 1080p with about 60fps, but when recording it sometime drops to 45-50, which is to choppy. I could probably bring the settings up to medium/high and still get 60-70fps while recording, I just haven't tweaked enough.
