Structurally this song is very plain. Interesting before the first chorus, but after that it's very formulaic. You guys are extremely talented and have a lot of potential, but you don't know how to write interesting music. Or lyrics :p
On the good side the solo is very cool, and the harmonized verse you do afterwards is great. The chorus is catchy, and the bridge is cool if not extremely out of place.
I look forward to hearing you guys in a few years when you mature as song writers.
