actually with wonderbirds you can use different method too. -1 RN- First strike -4 RN- Area Psynergy -2 RN- Attack psynergy (single enemy) -16 RN- Healin psynergy x 2 (whole party) End of turn 1: RN's: 23. _start of turn 2_ -3 RN- 1 RN from Cruel Dragon, 2 from Wonder bird. -1 RN- Use support Psynergy (on 1 person) -4 RN- Jenna uses Mars Djinni on cruel dragon, it dies (Attack Djinni 2 RN, Elemental bonus 1 RN, Monster dies 1 RN) Monster dies. RN's: 31. its really just playing with numbers xD

@stidukka dont look at the turn 2 its all false. i thought of Phoenix's RN's for a second. you get 3 RN's from wonder bird so forget the Support psynergy xD but otherwise its true. so it isnt really necessary to use the Djinni on the 3rd move on the 2nd turn but its the most commonly used 1 since its easy to remember i guess :)

i tried a few rng with not the base classes and they usually worked as long as you used the good "type" of psynergy in the right order and the djinn at the right time. So if someone has trouble with ppls agility and there turn order(and cant solve this with only items) try mixing classes, it might work

OK, ALL, and i mean ALL rng methods fuck me over for this. my jenna has more agility than my felix so it goes to jenna right after sheba. anybody know how i could make that work?

I came up with a strategy that can get two enemies to both drop items. I used it in Yampi desert cave, It was against a Sand Scorpion and A Soul Army. I did the exact same thing you did in your raw materials RNG videos and at the second turn I had Felix and Piers defend, Jenna unleash Cannon on Sand Scorpion and Sheba Unleash Blitz on Soul Army and I ended up with a Stardust and a Mythril Silver, then I did again but on Sky dragon and Bombander to get a Golem Core and the Orihalcon.

Check the video description for troubleshooting. If that still doesn't work, you're going to have to tell me exactly what happens and in what order when you try to do this or I can't help you. You could also try looking through the FAQ linked the description to get an in-depth understanding of how the RNG system works and that might solve your problems too.

I think it's all about luck usually ivan sheba and mia have the most luck even though my ivans luck was 48 i didnt get it so the game is fucked but i got a bunch of dark matters so that means that fucking sword i super rare

Probably not. Check the video description. It is best to not to mix elements at all for RNG methods to ensure you have the necessary elemental power. You also need to be careful about when in the turn the Djinni kills the enemy, if it happens any sooner or later than shown, the rest of the RNG method will have to change to acommodate that. The simplest thing you can do is follow what is shown, and adjust the strength of your psynergies to match the strength of your party.

Is it cus, Im to strong? (no jokes) I finished this game a lot of times, Jenna is uber pimped(with all mints,breads, luck) and she's the fastest one of all my chars ._. does it distrubt the RNG method, and do I need to set my Djinni's on stand-by, or not, or just some of them, to decrease the stats.

Well all my tries on RNG method failed T_T and u get them in one time.

I wouldn't set Djinni on standby because it might lower your elemental power below the sufficient amount needed to get you the extra RN. Just try to use the weakest possible levels of the psynergies you can if you're too powerful. Another thing you can try is substituting Storm Ray for High Impact as it will net you the same number of RNs.

Oh, and it shouldn't matter whether you get Wonder Bird and Cruel Dragon or Cruel Dragon and Wonder Bird.

You still have to attack the Cruel Dragon. Make sure you are hard resetting properly, and that when the Djinn kills the dragon, it flashes rainbow colors briefly when it dies (like in the vid.) Check the video description and make sure you're doing everything right there, and if you're still having problems, you can check the FAQ linked in the description to learn how the RNG method actually works and see what you're doing wrong.

Oh, and another thing I forgot about. Wearing cursed equipment messes with your RN, so if you're wearing any, that could be the problem! (Actually, if any status ailments actually take effect before the Djinn unleash, then it will affect your RN, so stay clean!) Sorry I didn't think of that sooner!

However the effect doesnt works cus i have cleric rings, I im still wearing them, so i need to take them of, I do like exactly the same thing as you =] Jenna starts first than Sheba, than Felix than Piers.

Jenna: Flare Wall | Core

Felix: Earthquake | Earthquake

Sheba: Storm Ray | Storm Ray

Piers: Diamond Dust | Normal Attack

Hmm, actually I think your problem is that you're not generating enough RN by the time the dragon dies. You mentioned Jenna acts first, but for this method to work, the Djinn unleash must happen 3rd in that turn. You will either need to adjust the speed of your party to make it happen, or generate 8 additional RN in the first turn.

So let's try this. (Swap Piers and Mia.)

Jenna: Aura | Core

Felix: Cure | Anything

Sheba: Storm Ray | Anything

Mia: Wish | Anything

And just to be safe, if you try the revised method with Mia, make sure no cursed equipment is equipped even with a Cleric's Ring to be sure, and if Core doesn't kill the dragon, use something stronger than Storm Ray (but not strong enough to kill the dragon immediately.)

Tisiphone Edge is just the best Light Blade in the game. Of course still weaker than Sol Blade, Excalibur, or Dark Sword.

The ONLY difference with this and what I do is my Diamond Berg does about 20 damage less, and I don't have the sword that does "Legend" so I just diamond berg the bird. (Cruel Dragon is already dead).

- Whatever happens after the Djinn kills the enemy doesn't matter, so long as you win the battle.

So what's the problem? It IS the first battle I encounter from the reset..

my characters arent too weak but i am also having the problem that after i kill the first enemy, it doesnt count the kill as the RNG method. and i can not do the RNG method with a Wonderbird in the enemy party. their agility is too high. did you do this on an emulator cause i own the game on GBA and it takes a couple hours of restarting before i ever get one of these.

i thought it was a 1in 2k change of getting it when you try to get the wepon legit but this isnt working. i did it before on another game file. but it also took forever(litterally a couple of days to do.) am i just having a bit of bad luck or does this not work on GBA version?

If the Wonder Bird gets a turn in before the Djinn kills the Cruel Dragon, it will add additional RN that will mess up the method. You need the Djinn to occur in the exact order as above for this method to work properly.

Well, it could be a couple of things as far as I can tell. Is the Wonder Bird getting a turn before the Djinn goes off? Are you absolutely sure you are hard resetting properly? (Turn the GBA off and on.) You will be able to tell if you get the "Felix's party attacks first!" message at the beginning of the fight and your first weapon attack is an unleash.

Give it the small turtle you get from the dog at then end of the item strade sequence.

to make the turtle take you to the islet cave you must finish the animal trade sequence. starting with the penguins getting the pretty stone,then the bird for the red scarf then the horse for the milk then the dog for the small turtle then go to the sea of time islet after mind read that turtle .
