  • @OcelottMaster

    Thank you :)

  • One question please. For what did you use vray exactly in this animation? I know what is vray and I used it and as i know you render particles in krakatoa not in vray.

  • @nfguler

Vray was used in the last shot for waterdrops.

  • I have 1 question: what is that strange thing you wrote at 1:05??

    Wonderfull work!

  • @caramelllllo

    Thank you!

This animation was created as intro to a website. And in the end isn't my words, but sounds like a

    "A place of excellence.

A place to rest your sences".

  • @DeKoVFX what website?

  • @caramelllllo

Unfortunately website, for wich this intro was created, currently have another design.

  • @DeKoVFX all the time spent for nothing as always. By the way, the music is awesome, what's the name?

  • woow nice job!!

  • @xpxpxp65

    thx

  • sexy! ( :

  • @cre8iveNode

Thanks. I wish more in the future :)))

  • Fantastic work.

How many particles did you use to create this effect?

Did you needed a lot of partitions?

    Congratulations.

    Cheers

  • @VTeixeira83

    Thanks.

One character was about 6-12 milion particles, depends on the shot.

This project was created in year 2008, at that time Krakatoa had ability for partition only with Deadline software, so I used only one partition.

  • @DeKoVFX I see.

    Fantastic work.

    Congratulations

I've messing around with Krakatoa lately but nothing like this.

    Congrats once again.

    Cheers

  • great! spending so much time on the behavier was really worth it!

    keep it up! :)

  • @overphloh

Fluids/particles workflow used in this animation, was researched in 1 week. All following work was "just" to put this on every character in every shot. I had only 2,5 workstations and 2 hands (surprise surprise). Simulate/Render clicked about 160 times. That's why this part took me 2 months :)

    Thanks anyway.

  • I wish someone could make a tutorial on how to use krakatoa :(

  • @omfgsjoc Soon, very soon. Stay tuned... ;)

  • @DeKoVFX

Just one question plz? i wanted to make things flying around (more at each other like they're fighting) how do I make something fly around like you've done in this vid? I need to do this for my assignment (i think i've set myself a difficult task) if i know this then i can just use normal particles as i wait for a krakatoa tutorial (i'm a n00b to 3ds max btw T_T) ah, i think you used a following path method but i'm not sure...please explain? lol

  • @omfgsjoc Source for the fluids/particles was animated characters meshes. Good luck ;)
