  • well its quite fast as i can see :) its a beautiful colt ;D

  • what a beautiful little racer you have there!!:)

  • That was soo damn cute!!!

  • in the video, its more like 2 seconds

    it skips the 2 XD

Anyhow, thats like the cutest thing ive ever seen! <3

  • He's cute! Annnd..about this.albino thing..I've actually worked with a TRUE albino horse. Even the vet said he was a true albino! We have albino moose. Albino people. Albino this albino that. Its rare. But its there. Lol some peoples kids I tell ya...

  • @BarbwireChains There are albinos in lots of species... not horses. This TB is a dominant white. If he were to be genetically tested it would come back for his base color ee if he is red Ee if he is and Ww because he is a dominant white. Its this Ww gene that turns him white NOT albino. Even though he is white, he still has a base color of black or red like all horses. Most vets know nothing of horse color genetics. They know medicine.

  • @teapot26 say and believe what you want, but is there a reason to bully others? Absolutely not.

So what a white horse is white, a black horse is black. There is NO reason to debate every single damn thing.

Drop the subject. Let people believe what they want. this horse is gorgeous, let him be.

  • @BarbwireChains LOL someone doenst like to hear they are wrong!! No bullying here, but most horse people actually enjoy learning!! They find in interesting, wow imagine that!! Learning new things is a GOOD thing, not a debate! The information is out there, all you have to do is go after it.

  • @BarbwireChains Look up Lethal White Syndrome...proof-positive that Albino horses do not exist or survive. There is a difference genetically b/w "white" (aka grey) and Albinism. The reason I reply to your comment is that you are the only one jumping to the word 'bully' when someone is simply educating you on a truth. Critiques and education are not bullying; I have observed that those who jump immediately to the term "Bully" are often bullies themselves. Food for thought :)

  • J'ai rien vu

  • Look at his LONG stride!!! BEAUTIFUL!!!

  • HE'S THE CUTEST THING I HAVE EVER SEEN <3

  • That was an adorable 3 seconds.

  • so cute!!

  • @CHEVYedsf well dont you just sound like a simply WONDERFUL person. honestly, im not wasting my time on your blatant ignorance and crudeness. find someone else to bitch at on youtube.

  • Wow! Was it real white or grey? They went so fast I couldn't tell! I hope the baby wasn't lethal white, but I'm pretty sure that only occurs in paints, right?

  • @AmberElaine0824 Not exactly. Any horse can carry the lethal gene if bred to lines that carry it.

  • @CHEVYedsf and by the way, i know for a FACT that horses don't carry the albino gene. learn your genetics.

  • @equibaby44 And I KNOW you're wrong. But please, continue being ignorant.

  • @Perlibero No problem

  • @Perlibero Well when they're young and they run very fast at a very young age. They're known to become great runners

  • Don't ya just love the sound of their hooves when they gallop?!

  • Actually, if a horse was albino, it would die. Doesn't mean it doesn't carry the gene.

  • whats the big deal about what colour the foal is?

  • @MiniMosaic foals born completely white are rare, they are usually born dark brown or black and turn white as they get older :)

  • Cute :)

  • he looked like an albino

  • if it were a Mare it would be like my Little June <3

  • @RazSilverpaw Not true my mine is a kind, patient, and laidbacked middle-aged man.

  • I have a white paint colt. He is very beautiful <3 <3

  • RACE HIM!

  • @RazSilverpaw I always fell off the english saddle, I always controled my horse better on western

  • @knightrider5050 Yeah greys are called greys because they are born a different colour and 'grey' with age although this can finish quite young. You get 'albinos' in America but this is just a colour breed full of pearlinos and cremellos from double dilute genes, the coat may appear white but its a very very light cream colour. Horses have no albino gene. Finally you get some pinto coats which appear with the white all over although these are more likely to carry lethal white. Real white kills

  • Ok question, my english ridding teacher would always bitch at me when I said white horse, because she says there is no such thing as a white horse, that it is only a grey horse. mind filling me in on this?

  • @knightrider5050 there is light grey, which appears white, and creamello, which has pink skin and white fur, usually with blue eyes.

  • @XXjba1013XX Yeah, but cremello isnt a type of grey.

  • @knightrider5050 The only true white horse is the Albino. Everything else is referred to as grey. then you get into the cremellos and perlinos which are not grey, but 2 dilution genes with base coats of chestnut or bay. Those may resemble grey, but are not grey. :)

  • @CHEVYedsf there can't be an "albino" horse, its impossible, they don't carry the gene. if this horse was truly white it would be quite unlikely for him to live past foalhood...its called lethal white

  • @equibaby44 Oh please. I know more about lethal white than you ever will. Every mammal species carry the albino gene.

  • @CHEVYedsf wow....you're a pleasant person. asshole.

  • @equibaby44 You're the one who assumed I knew nothing about lethal white. Im just setting you straight.

  • @CHEVYedsf Albinism involves pigment cells being unable to produce melanin due to mutation of the cells. White fur in horses - and lethal white by extension - involves the pigment cells themselves being completely absent. There are no records of horses carrying the genetic mutation that causes albinism.

  • @UmiyuriPapaeyra Take the Friesian horse for example. They are -always- black. Without exception. There are pictures of a white one floating around on google. How would you explain that? Oh yeah! Albinism!

  • @CHEVYedsf I just googled it and read about it on the very first page. Said horse was born from a Fresian mother and an Arab father, and is a grey. 'Grey' horses have white fur, but the skin underneath is dark, and their eyes are usually brown - it's not albinism at all.

  • @CHEVYedsf Albinoism is leathel in horses, any foal carrying the albino genes will be aborted in utero at a very early stage of development. There has never been an albino horse, it is impossible. Source: Class notes from a monogastric production class, animal science department at big 12 university. Actually come to think of it I also believe this was mentioned in my Junior level genetics class as well.

  • @Shasta991 Lethal white is not the same thing as albinism.

  • @CHEVYedsf Yes I know the difference, we talked about it to great lengths I assure you. I am using lethal as a verb to express that albinoism is deadly, fatal, it will kill the fetus. I am not saying that its the same problem as "leathal white" nor did i bring that issue up. Just Google this, you will see I and the others are correct.

  • There are two pictures of him grown up on this website: useventing. com/ blog /?p=13927

  • hey breeders! is there a mustang in the woodpile?

  • That's so Rare! He'll be quite a racer when he grows up, although Id love to see him get out of it. Good luck to the little guy.

  • @drizzleluver Looks like he's not going to be racing. I found information about him in the 2010 USEA Future Event Horse Championships :)

  • kentucky derby wat? ;)

  • D"AAAAAAWWW

  • He. Is going to be a very good runner when he grows older.

  • @soenjer16 oh yes he is what a cutie!

  • Awww, That was adorable!!! <3

  • that was the cutest three seconds i've ever seen

  • @jbieber2424 me too *sniffle* shame it didnt last too long!

  • Omg that's amazing

  • awww he's so cute! :)

  • Bless him!! :D Good luck to you with him xxx

  • arwwhh

  • awwwh <3

  • So fast! you can notice it's good at speed!! So adorablee!

  • OMG!!! So short but VERYYYY CUTEEE AAHH!

  • i agree with cherubhorse, that baby is adorable. and YES you can have an albino foal from colored parents. it just not that common. besides. i love the color white

  • The title says White... Not creamello an not albino... White..

  • WHY are you guys all arguing!?!??! You should be commenting on the adorable little babeh foal and the gorgeous mommy! SO CUTE!

  • Not impossible to have an albino from colored parents. If they both carry a recessive albino gene, then the foal has a 25% of being albino, but the foal would not carry any bay or whatever the the parents color gene. I dont even know if Albino is a gene, or just a mutation though. This is just how color genes work

  • Dominant white is NOT albino. Since this foal has a bay mother it must be a dominant white not a cream dilute as if it were a cream dilute it would be buckskin.

  • did some research they actually say there is no reported "albino" horses, Sabino is the common colour in horses, or the Max Sabino, which is pink skin dark eyes, which is basically a dilute, so they sometimes have a tiny colour in their ears, tail etc.

  • I have a pure white warmblood- thoroughbred cross . Born pure white just like this... from chestnut mare and chestnut stallion. She has pink skin and black eyes. She is not cremello or albino. She is registered as pure white.....Interesting to share the debate ;-)

  • who puts up a 3 sec video on YouTube? I thought 10 secs was bad!!

  • such a cute albino foal!

  • @swiftpaint2000 There's no such thing as an albino horse. He's probably cremello (like my horse) or a very light gray.

  • @popcorn200213 yes there is my cousin has an albino geding and his color is straight from the vet.

  • @swiftpaint2000 Did their horse have red eyes? My vet (and a trainer) thought that my horse was albino, until I spoke to another vet who said, No because it's nearly nonexsistant in horses, and they'd have to have pink skin(Like a Cremello) and red eyes. But if they did, that's really cool! I love rare colorings (which is why I have my beautiful Cremello)

  • @popcorn200213 CORRECTION. It IS non-exsistant. The creme and white gene is horses is dominate, and to be albino, both the mother and father have to give the foal two copies(meaning no other gene for any other color) because Albinoism is recessive, But since white and creme genes are DOMINATE, there's no gene that would make a horse albino. So, I think you're cousin's vet is confused.

  • @popcorn200213 sorry, it's one copy of the gene from each parent( to result in a pair of the gene)

  • @popcorn200213 yes their eye color are between a redish and pinkish. and yes they have to have pink skin like my albino stallion , Snow Bolt (bolt for short). yes they are very rare and they sell for about couple million each.

  • @popcorn200213 there actually are albino horses, they are very rare but every once in awhile an albino will pop up

  • @BreyerFillyFrenzy Okay, I stand corrected. But. Chances are it's Cremello, it's more common, and the chances of it being Albino with a non-albino mother is nearly impossible. Albinoism, in any animal, is either a mutation(EXTREAMLY rare) or genetic and the only way to get it genetically is if both parents carry the gene and if the mother or father aren't diluted by the gene it'd be practically impossible.

  • @popcorn200213 Acutally, I retract that. it's IMPOSSIBLE for there to be an Albino horse. Because to be albino you need TWO recessive genes (Two copies from EACH parents) and so they'd have to be albino as well. And since the white and cream genes are NOT recessive, they're dominate. So it is genetically and physically IMPOSSIBLE to have an albino horse.and just Google it. It's impossible. (Would post the link to my source, but it won't let me)

  • cute foal!

  • Cute! Cremello? (:

  • UMmmmmmmm,,, race!!!!

  • omg thats so cute ! :O thats a stunning horse :P

  • Won't make much at the track, but would be an excellent show horse!

  • Lovely. Looks like a champion, but I'm not an expert on thoroughbreds or horse racing!

  • wow fast little guy!!! lol

  • He's not *white* he's Sabino.

  • I love thiroughbreds

  • this si thw whitest thoroughbred/horse i have ever seen!

  • WOW, amazing :)

  • ill would so take him.. be unfortuently i only like mares. would die to have a purebred white or cremolla thoroughbred mare

  • @ThoroughbredCrazy16 You cannot have a "purebred white" horse. If somebody tries to sell you a foal that they claim is pure white, don't buy it. Pure white horses suffer from what is called "Lethal white syndrome." They have a genetic mutation which causes them to develop insufficient digestive tracts-and most do not live to see three weeks of age.

  • @ThoroughbredCrazy16 whats wrong with geldings?

  • @twireimoonshine7 I just have a preference and they aren't geldings. no offense to the geldings or people who like them. I just don't some people don't like mares it just how it goes

  • @ThoroughbredCrazy16 oh. i actually tend to lean TOWARDS geldings actually. i had a gelding pony once and i loved him so i guess i have a preferance too. but i have a mare named pegan now. do you have any horses?

  • @twireimoonshine7 I do I have a mare and im leasing a gelding but I really dislike them. All the geldings ive had are idiots so I just perfure not to ride them

  • @ThoroughbredCrazy16 ohh, got it

  • @twireimoonshine7 yup yup

  • I. Want. Him. ohmygosh hes like pure white! ohmygoshhh and look at him run! ahh hes the cutest!

  • will make an amazing horse someday! and look at it run! wow!

  • I wantsa!!!!!!

  • wow thats somthin u dont see everyday!

  • what a beautiful colt!!!
