@bangerbengali Cool down and chillax and dont go off it with me cos im defending Qatar, i said Qatar was voted best business class...thats business class...not first class..I've been lucky enough to fly Etihad Peal and Diamond class and i thought they were a fantastic airline...my Youtube page is a view from the toilet area of the engines and wing of a Etihad A340.600, but in April im flying Qatar for the 1st time in business class so then can see if all them great comments are true or false.

wassupfcuk ...I have watched the vid "qatar airways, premium terminal" and listened carefully... They DO show what could possibly be a spa, (but they never mention it), they also show many other things, (cup of tea, flight attendant, man sat in a chair etc) so the ad is confusing re the temperature.

The TV ad for this terminal says very proudly it is 36 to 38 degrees centigrade, no colder, no hotter.

I believe that this is acually very hot for an air conditioned "five star" terminal facility, and would not want to spend too long in it!

I passed through the "Premium Terminal" earlier this year. It was disgusting. Extremely crowded, extremely hot and stuffy, and the toilets were AWASH with piss, shit and toilet paper. What were these supposedly classy business travellers DOING in there? I was so disgusted I went and sat in the economy terminal, which paraxdoxically, was clean, quiet and very pleasant.

not really 5 star. When flying with my family for a trip to Cairo from Singapore via Doha I booked frist class but then when I got to my plane all seats were spoiled due to "electronic disconnetct5ion." We were forced to sit in economy class. Our meals were economy class too instead of first. When we got to Doha we tried the premiun terminal but they said you must take first class. When we explained did we booked first but forced in economy they said too bad. it depends on what seat you sat on!

2. Qatar Airways is not 5 star...anyone travelling through the main terminal will tell you that.

@HBKANDREYROCKS oh, come on..... what does it mean? did u know that our uniform is also the best one in the world but it is 100% unsafe!!! because cabin crew / pilots uniform MUST be made of cotton or any nature materian because of fire fighting procedure. this one in Qatar Airways is poly(something) and it is like plastic bag in case of fire - u can't "kill the fire" because fire will kill u.

And all of us, cabin crew and flight deck crew - we know that QR bought all their prizes.

However, not all the stewardess where from Qatar. 30% of them are Malaysian and my friend was one of them in Qatar Airways. Malaysia is the best country to train stewardess and 48% of them service in the best airlines in the world, Singapore Airlines.
