  • hello still have the Kolibri and wants to sell

  • Still have the Kolibri and would not want to sell it. Also happy with my Funjet/JetCat turbine. Not sure which I'd recommend, but being in the USA it's a lot easier and faster getting parts and info from JetCat than it is with Kolibri-Lambert in Germany.

  • any chance there is a deserted place nearby where you can test this thing as fpv plattform??? it would rock the hell out of it.

  • do you need an AMA permit to use those on you planes? i have been trying to find that out

  • It is my understanding that you need a "turbine waiver" to be in compliance with the AMA rules when flying any aircraft using a turbine engine. You get the waiver by flying with someone who already has the waiver and sending in a form from the AMA website that has signatures on it to show that you understand turbines and the safety issues involved in using them. Truth be told, I am not flying at an AMA flying field here and I do not have a turbine waiver yet. I need to get one.

  • Hi. Any chance you could forward me how you modified the airframe for the turbine install?

  • You can see most of the airframe details in one of my other YouTube videos. Send me a message if you have any specific questions and I'll try to answer them.

  • May I ask what kind of propane valve adapter you are using? The p-20 is my 1st turbine and it's going in a jetarrows dh-100, waiting for the TJ smoke system to arrive...

  • pshhh old funjet

  • Okay hot shot... I got a new fpv platform to show you this weekend if you think you can handle it! :)

  • How long was the flight?

  • I got about 7 minutes because of the low throttle position. Would only have been about 3 minutes at full throttle. The tank is 10 oz.

  • Great flight, you may need some reinforcements prior to faster speeds. At 1/3 you are zooming pretty fast!

  • Got lots of reinforcement already but I'm still crossing my fingers that it won't come apart! 3 carbon rods wing tip to wing tip, one rod running the full fuselage length plus fiberglass cloth over the full exterior of the main body. Also have smaller carbon rods on the trailing edges of the tail fins and elevons and the elevons are attached with hinges rather than the stock foam joint. We'll see!

  • Love it!

Looks like it's hard to track though.

  • So true. It gets out there really quick!

  • awesome
