Above my bed were shelves and I have a teddy bear that belonged to my grandmother, that I kept in her memory. I dust once a week and the end of that week of the attacks I dusted those shelves. The bear was covered in black soot. I didn't notice because it was on the top of the 3 shelves. I still have that bear. Now i keep it, not only in memory of my grandmother, but of that horrible day.

I remember this speech very well. It is an understatement to say that President Bush was not a great speaker, but this speech was timely and top-notch. Growing up, in his sibling rivalry with Jeb, George W. was the black sheep of the family. However, he knocked it out of the park here. I especially like the subtle touching of his son's hand that the elder President Bush delivered when George W. returned to his seat. It is touching to see the pride on George HW and Barbara's faces here.

@4everjdepp I live in queens, 15 minutes from midtown Manhattan. For DAYS you smelled that smoke. Above my bed were shelves and I have a teddy bear that belonged to my grandmother, that I kept in her memory. I dust once a week and the end of that week of the attacks I dusted those shelves. The bear was covered in black soot. I didn't notice because it was on the top of the 3 shelves. I still have that bear. Now i keep it, not only in memory of my grandmother, but of that horrible day.

Bush , demonstrated great strength and leadership during very difficult period. Though not a US citizen , I wish US will emerge from its crisis and lead the family of nations as it did it in the past. I used to have mid-day meal in our schools during the 60's donated by USA. Here is where I think people go wrong:
A video is posted documenting a speech given by our president on the most mourned day in american history. Instead of words of encouragement for our nation and remembrance of the many who died, people feel obliged to post comments that insinuate GWB was responsible for these attacks and posts that quote malcolm X, who surely would have supported this type of act. This video was not posted to create a forum of hatred but one of unity.

I am relieved that President Bush drove Mulla Omar and BinLaden to the holes of Tora Bora. I always liked his impassionate speech which many his country men/women ignored. His dad fought for freedom during the second world war. There may be mistakes as nobody is perfect in this world. Though I am not an American Citizen, I wholeheartedly prayed for the victory of US forces in Afganisthan and Iraq. I was sad that Saddam Hussain did not listen to the world and avoided war.

I remember this speech very well. It is an understatement to say that President Bush was not a great speaker, but this speech was timely and top-notch. Growing up, in his sibling rivalry with Jeb, George W. was the black sheep of the family. However, he knocked it out of the park here. I especially like the subtle touching of his son's hand that the elder President Bush delivered when George W. returned to his seat. It is touching to see the pride on George HW and Barbara's faces here.

Another quick point about the Commission report - Testimony regarding Zarqawi and "Al Qaida" comes from Khalid Sheik Mohamed, who was held in Guantanamo and tortured, i think most reasonable people understand that someone who is tortured will say anything to make it stop, hence it is very unreliable - combine that with 6 of the 10 commissioners saying they lied, and you have yourself a pretty unreliable source for information.
