My GOD, your really good with the falling swords!!!! U almost got hit with each one but u managed to move a millisecond before they hit you 0.O I was like "OH GOD GOING TO GET HIT, GOING TO GET GIT!!!! MOVE IT, MOVE!!!!!" But damn, your good, when I first played it I got all the way here before I died :) but the swords got me >.>

How do you jump backwards when you are on the grapple hook and get to the column ... AKA it is so frustrating when you do it over and over I think you press the S button but it doesnt work!!!!

I just found out that when you are on the grapple hook don't push the space bar you hold the S and move her left to right by moving your mouse and when you are ready then you push the space bar so she pushes against the wall and goes backwards. yahhhhh!!!!!!!! :D

@Hrvojejur I solved it a loooong time ago. When you run across the wall, release A button, if you're playing on computer, and quicly press space just when Lara is about to run back to the other side. I don't remember did you have to press S before jumping and I know it's frustrating when she falls, but you can do it! :)

I'm tired of this freakin' game. Can't pass through those first spikes and I'm being careful as one can be. It looks easy but it's not, you have to move in a specific way and can't be even remotely close to the spike or you get killed even if you technically did not touch it. I get to last one and get killed :/

This is amazing skill! I've only got the demo and I'm falling off platforms, drowning, being mauled by wolves... Bloody hard work! One thing that annoys me is the camera angle being controlled by the mouse, my hand moves slightly then I can't see where I'm going.

Just a quick question: to make your vids, do you have to start a new game so you are able to show us, your watchers, where all the artifacts and relics are?? Because when I went to replay a level, the artifacts and relics weren't there because I already collected them. I was just wondering how you did that because I would like to collect them again because it's fun.

I created a new profile otherwise there wouldn't be any relics or artifacts to collect anymore.

I recorded the Peru levels first and the rest of it a couple of weeks later - christmas got in the way. But technically, it's a single run, yes.

None. At this point in time I was doing full runs quite often so no practice runs were needed.

2:36 - 2:38 is where I'm having trouble. If you don't have that jump precisely down off the wall, you'll just end up back on the floor and have to walk all the way around repeating it all again. So frustrating!

at 1:54 its easier to do a roll and jump over the spikes to the left instead of going all the way around.

I see what you're saying and I agree.

However... having played Legend and Underworld as well makes me feel grateful that this one got released. Unless future releases turn the table in a major way this was the last TR game somewhat worthy of that name. At least it has TR elements in it. I consider it to be by far the best TR since Last Revelation (haven't played AOD however). It isn't up to the standards of the first 4 games but I don't think we'll ever see that happening anyway.

gamingfurry14, you can actually rotate the camera in TRA even on the psp version. of course it takes a lot more time than the pc version, but what you do is press the L or R button, or if you want to look up, you press the triangle and then rotate the camera left, right, up or down with the analog stick. btw another awesome walkthrough 1araCr0ft ;)

I hate those swords. I made it through the checkerboard part, but right as I was leaving I went "yes!" and got diced by a falling sword. It was pretty funny. I'm guessing it's better to set off all the swords so when I'm on the columns I don't have to worry about them falling.

I just successfully set off all the swords without dying! :-) I really just needed to flip to switch so I could get another checkpoint. Thanks for the walkthrough. This was a life-saver! ;-)

All you need to do is use either the 'sneak' or 'walk' movements to trigger the swords down. It's completely safe as you can see in the video. ;-)

Damocle's hall? It's actually my favorite on St. Francis Folly. It has a jump lots of people have trouble with, but running wall jumps are my favorite move ever. Anywhere you find one of those, you're also watching a favorite bit of mine.
