mmmmmm....Biden or Palin.....? Great Speech by a great senator and soon to be a great Vice President? Palin....VP Palin?....You've got to be kidding me....
"Americas not at war, our military is at war?" I need someone to include me in on the dem logic on this one. Maybe he has forgot about 9-11? And the rest... Who do you really think supports the military more? Obama/Biden or McCain/Palin? Even you dems should get this one.
The point he made was that the military are the ones going out there into battle and risking their lives. He wanted to highlight their sacrifice to emphasize how important it is to care for returning Veterans and how much indebted the rest of America is to them. Obviously Obama/Biden cares more for the military since they want to get them OUT of a pointless war in which many were being killed. I'm sure even you republicans can understand that. Bush and McCain doesn't seem to understand.
He's saying that the American people as a whole aren't having to make any sacrifices. He says the military and the families of those military are sacrificing but most of us are not actively involved or sacrificing. Sure he knows we are sacrificing funds but are we really aware of the cost of these wars. Re-institute the draft and the younger Americans will really understand the meaning of the sacrifice and they will get more involved in the decision making process that got us into Iraq.
NO ONE has forgot 9/11/2001 especially not a New York and we know what country was involved in 9/11 and that is Afganastan not IRAQ our soldiers should be in Afganastan fighting the real war on terror not in Iraq were we waste billions on the war while Iraq gets billions in surplus from oil sales. And what are they doing with that money the US is selling them our own weapons not very smart. America is going to be alot better once Obama elected. Notice how at the RNC no one talks about the issues
Hillary should come out swinging, but I suspect that she's more interested in personal ambition 2012 than the well being of the country. If she doesn't throw the kitchen sink at the repubs like she did Obama than we know the deal.
my God if you Americans vote for the 3rd term of BushMccain/ Palin you fools deserve what you get . Remeber ya failing dollar that is worth no more than lol the stones on the ground lol come on Americans be sensible and not gullible

It's not that complicated. He's saying that they, the military, are the ones suffering on the battlefront (and their families) not you or me.

Disagree with a Republican? You must have forgotten 9/11!

??? 9/11 was tragic. But its terrible that the republicans used it to invade privacy and overall brainwash americans with fear.
