Man! I had this exact same idea! I'm so glad someone made it! Because I certainly don't have the talent to punt these things together. Hahaha. But seriously, awesome job.
@KingxPein Agree, Broken Bride is unreal. And PTP is stuffed with story songs: Cyborgs vs. Robots (self explan), Anything For You (lots of stories haha), All The Stars In Texas (Bonnie and Clyde-ish), and Rotten Town (Pirates attacking a town) Other album songs, Go-Getter Greg (kind of a story song, a creeper stalking a girl), Hum Along has an awesome story part in it, that's all I can think of. Some are just about the things in ( ), but they're more like story songs than other bands do.
As much as this video creeps me out, I still amazingly love it. The combination of an old cartoon like this and this awesome song just blends wonderfully together. You should do more videos like this :)
@KingxPein A bunch. The one I recommend the most--and I fucking mean this--Broken Bride is the best thing ever. It's a Rock Opera of a Time Traveller whose wife dies in a car accident one morning in May, 1989. He spends half of his life creating a time machine in order to go back and save her, and suffers some awesome adventures along the way. Andrew Volpe (the lead singer) is actually in the process of writing the novel of this story. Check it out on his Tumblr: BrokenBride dot Tumblr dot com
I love this song!!!! and Ludo! I feel like this song belongs in a Tim Burton movie:) Like the corpse bride when the dead ppl are rising for the wedding
That's exactly why I made this video/song mash-up. The length of each was identical too. The timing coincidence was spooky like the original movie and ludo's fantastic song.
So besides the fact that I'm absolutely in love with Ludo, I have to say that this song is very unique. There is no other song in existence like it, what with the lyrics and varying sounds of rock and jazz and everything. And this cartoon goes with it pretty well :)

@ELan8891 That's all you can think of? What about Lake Pontchatrain? That song still scares the wits out of me.

Tim Burton *wishes* he could achieve this level of beautiful, jazzy creepiness. Take that, O Ye Tired Director!
