104 politicans is lunacy,they should ask the public one of three questions,1 full independence,2 the status quo,3 abolish the assembly. Two of these options would mean getting rid of at least 40 MPs,what a saving!

UKIP are not against a referendum - just against wasting money on 2 major elections in the space of a few weeks. £5 million of our money to give the Cardiff elite more powers! Not a good use of limited resources.
