  • @trish788 : Yes, olive oil is healthier & you can use that...however keep in mind that 1 T of vegetable or olive oil contain about 100 calories so use sparingly...

  • @TheUndefeatedLegend : Depending on one's age & weight...when one is young...they have higher metabolism & no exercise needed but when they are over 35, it's best to combine the asian slim secrets method w/ exercise...

  • @soemyatftisland, after the oil she said 2tsp of minced garlic 2 cups of cabbage cut up into bite size pieces 2 cups of coli flour 1 carrot sliced thin, 1 cup of celery thinly sliced 1 cup of mushroom thinly sliced. also 1 TBL spoon chicken broth powder mixed with 4 cups of water . 1 TBL corn starch .. hope my late response helped haha

    By the way, this does work well. I have used a similar dish and eaten it in the eve to replace other meals, along with a half hour on my exercise bike. Should't be eaten for every meal though as you could get very bored with it! LoL

  • @alikiwi123 : This is a very low calorie recipe, low in fat & high in fiber. If you have been eating low calories foods & still can't lose weight, you might want to check your metabolic rate & increase your muscle mass because muscle is the calorie eating machine of our body.

This is the ingredients: 4 ounces chicken breast without skin, sliced very thinly 1 tablespoon soy sauce 1 teaspoon vegetable oil 2 teaspoons minced garlic 2 cups cabbage, cut into bite-sized pieces 1 carrot, sliced thin 2 cups cauliflower, cut into bite-sized pieces 1 cup of celery, also sliced thin 1 cup mushroom 1 tablespoons chicken broth powder 4 cups water 1 T. cornstarch mixed with water salt and pepper to taste

  • @AikidoKid12 you're 12? You have not finished growing then. I was flat chested at 12 too, now I have DD's. Again you are 12, you are going to get taller, and will slim out. Just eat healthy. If you starve you are going to mess up your body's metabolism for life. Starving yourself can lead to bone mass loss, anemia, weakness, hair falling out and weak teeth.  Not cute!

  • Asians are alot skinnier than Americans cuz were stuck up eating heavily processed foods and McDonalds. eating these foods and cutting fried foods completely out of our diet can be the true answer to losing weight. along with a little bit of exercise

    5 pounds is 17500 Kcal

    Meaning y'll have to cut out 2500 calories a day in order to burn fat. That's more than the average person should eat in a day.... So you either starve yourself, or you work out like you're training for the olympics but then eat like a regular person.

  • @rorshachfan : Your calculation is correct. That's why it's easier for people who are overweight/obese to lose weight than a slim person because they usually consume more calories and also burn more (the body need the extra energy to carry those extra weight around). This recipe works because it's very low in calories & very high in fiber (cleanse the colon).

If you weigh about 350 lbs or so, and eat 4000 calories a day just to maintain your weight, cutting 2500 and living on 1500 is certainly possible. :) Thanks for clearing that up, I just realized that this might not work as well with my body type, but would work wonders for someone who is obese and not mildly pudgy like me. lol and P.S. I'll also like to add, like the other commenters, that I like your accent as well.

  • @vegetarian7710 Tofu is a great meat substitute, it gives you the protein you need to help fill you up without having to eat meat! Or you can make a meat substitute called Seitan. It's a wheat based product, you can marinade it, grill it, saute it what ever you like. Hope that helps!! :D

  • @rawkstarr89 Yes, I love rice!! One of my friend's who is Korean eats rice all the time. So she gave me a rice cook book to make rice taste a little better than just being plain. Some times I mix the rice with other foods. I am not a pure vegan, meaning I eat dairy products. But I try to keep it organtic. Like organtic chicken. I eat yogurt and nuts too. I also eat Quinoa which is for ultimate protien

  • @laladidi00 OMG I love quinoa!! I didn't discover quinoa until like a year ago but it is so tasty!! I am trying to go more organic myself. The grocery stores where I live are getting better at providing a larger variety of foods and we also have specialty food stores. It's still a little pricey but I feel like the organic produce just tastes better! I try to buy organic chicken too.
