  • Oh right..yea....Stephen isn't gay. He just enjoys being a girl!

  • She didn't sing I Enjoy Being A Girl. It was voiced in by Betty Jane Phillips (nee B J Baker) Kwan didn't sing well enough for that. I guess she thought no one would check.

  • Stephen IS NOT a homosexual!

  • @YourUTubeMonitor HAHA! That was funny!

  • "One question. 'Who is ME? pending approaval? Where is the name? Me could be anyone."

  • She's actually half white.

  • my all time favorite movie ever the dresses they wore are beautiful and the storyline was excellent a must see for everyone

  • Still beautiful. And always will be.

  • "Hollywood Chinese- The Arthur Dong Collection" is now an exhibit at the Chinese American Museum, in Los Angeles.

They also have autographed DVD's available at the gift shop.

  • Love This Very Underated Actress.

  • Nancy Kwan is no Hollywood Chinese but Scottish Chinese, one of Hong Kong's favourite daughters.

  • I want to buy this "Hollywood Chinese" DVD. Any news about it being released ?

  • Just want to let you know the film will air on PBS' American Masters, May 27. Perfect timing for Asian Pacific American Heritage Month!

  • does anyone noe where i cn watche the film the world of suzie wong?? i ve been searching desperately 4 it...help!!

  • I borrowed "The World of Suzie Wong" from the library. Amazon also has the DVD too.

  • I know it has been a year but if you are still interested The World Of Suzie Wong has been uploaded to YouTube in 13 parts. Type in TWOSW01 and you will find the whole movie.

  • I would love to see this documentary! Its too bad they only screen it at certain film festivals...will it ever go to DVD?

  • Last I heard they still didn't have a distribuor. But I'm sure EVENTUALLY it will be available SOMEwhere. It was a really marvelous, informative, complete doc...Fingers crossed for its' release. The filmmaker Arthur Dong has also done other Asian-themed docs like "Forbidden City" which was shown on PBS awhile back. He's also on the board of AMPAS.

  • No distributors!? That's ridiculous! I'd buy it!

  • She's very articulate and fun.

Hollywood Chinese was one of the most informative documentaries I've ever seen. It addressed the ever so obvious issue of Asian-American and just Asian cinema in relation to Hollywood's money-making, stereotype stamping business.

    Thank you!

  • She's even more beautiful now. A mature, self-assured woman. She was cute and sexy when she was young, but she's actually grown into her beauty. If I was straight, I'd propose, but she'd turn me down - lol.
