I use to like Communism as well, but in the end I decided, after growing a shell of cynicism and based on what I read in history, that it simply can't work with Human beings. Besides, from what I heard nearly all Communist leaders in history end up becoming tyrants or extremist rebels. I am more of a social-democrat.

I understand the general concept of Communism. I can agree with the theoretic equality, civil rights, multiculturalism etc. But in practice Communism had been twisted and multilated by nearly every communist dictator to justify a despotic state. You had seen North Korea, Romania, Cuba, and what it led to. I use to believe in it myself, but I had given up any hope for it.
