It seems to simply run fast, most garages I've been in have really fast elevators, so I wouldn't call it death trap. The worst kinds of elevators are the ones where it's moving before it opens or shuts the doors and the ones where it opens the doors a foot too low and it bounces the car to get it level with the floor.

I like elevators that open the doors early. I don't have to wait excessively for the elevator to level. This elevator is making bad noises when it moves. I have reported it, but it didn't get fixed.

Please do not say this elevator is not a death-trap. The elevator makes a very loud noise when it moves. It sounds really bad.

What kind of traction is it? Geared? Maybe there's something wrong with one of the parts but boy it sure does sound bad.
