This one was not a scam, it was extremely cheap. And I don't consider participating in one that is more costly as necessarily a "scam," it's all about the experience you take from it.

Thanks for posting all these. I'm going to Shanghai and Beijing in April so it was cool to see what it is like over there. Did you or anyone in your group have a problem with getting sick?(my biggest worry LOL)Also being that I am from Wisconsin how was the beer over there?

Funny that you are Wisconsin! That is where I went to school. The beer is very good, you will probably like Tsing Tao very much. As far as getting sick, yes that is an issue in Beijing especially. Immediately upon entering the city I had a bad cold for the duration of being there, probably because of the pollution in the air. In the other cities I visited, I did not get sick.

It must've been hard for you to hold the camera and doing other stuffs. By the way, do you know Mandarin? I know a little, but English is my first language, even though I'm Chinese.

Yeah, I know some basic Mandarin, but nothing too complicated. I'm learning more and more everyday though for the next time I go there.
