first of all: she's not out of key. Diana's voice is excellent. Second: as pcoblancosmith said, Tom Jobim wrote the song in both sexes/genders. So there's nothing wrong in the song! Diana is a woman, so, in the song, she tells the story of a man, the boy from Ipanema! Jobim was a man, that's why he sang: the GIRL from Ipanema!

I agree one hundred percent. Diana breathes new life into this classic. What these other people on here are talking about, I don't know. I think this is a great performance. Like you, I am a guitarist also. So I feel somewhat qualified to critique performances. This performance is flawless as far as I'm concerned. It's not Astrud Gilberto, but Diana is a way better singer in my opinion than Astrud. Does this mean she sings it better? No, but she brings her flavor to the song, making it her own.
