Nice garden, and i totally appreciate that you're sharing your experience with trying to grow different types (even within the same species) of fruits and vegetables in Hawai'i's climate. It can be hard to find much info on which varieties will do well or not, beyond stuff like "don't bother trying to grow *broccoli* at all", which can be misleading since there are a lot of heat-resistant varieties of many garden plants.
And I love figs, so that's something Ill be doing more research on =)
