I'm at no risk, work for a Fortune 500 company making nice cash, have been pre-approved for a 100k, and am having one hell of a time finding a livable place. Foreclosures here alone have 6+ ppl bidding no more than 2k below list (no neck room). Keep trying though; cause I have to! I hate apartments!
