Cenk, you say "you should fire them IMMEDIATELY". However, I don't know if that is necessarily a good idea 100% of the time. The CEO may know a lot about the company, whereas a new guy may spend months trying to get up to speed. Also, in some cases, if the CEO is still liked within the company, changing them may hurt morale even further.
Or maybe just do like Venezuela whenever one of these companies dies and have the company be run by the employees themselves.
