@MrNonameloser doesnt take a huge PC to run skyrim, to be honest, im on a 32-bit with nvidia drivers and a 4gb ram with 9800-GT vid card and i can run the game on high, ultra if i turn down the fade settings. hope this helps

@mga567 As a Breton, that's what I did. It was a pretty good choice since if Skyrim left the Empire, High Rock (the Breton homeland) would be isolated from the Empire and would either be taken by another faction, be isolated from the Empire, or leave the Empire and become independent

If you meant could you leave the side you picked to join the other one, no you can't. Once you pick a side you're stuck there until you finish the Civil War quest.
