Although I can tell there is an argument going on, I didn't have time to read all the posts. However I will say earlbrown33 is correct on the above particular post. Bands trying to broaden their musical composition by playing more and more technical stuff end up getting compared to Necrophagist and the like and subsequently get labeled as things like "some less-skilled The Faceless rip-off". It's ridiculous.
