@hottyloxie the "blue stuff" looks like latex rubber to me . it goes on the skin like paint and dries out like thin rubber , somthing similar to a band aid . if they got paint on it just wipe it off . to take it off , just rub and pull . if it was more traditional make up the blue on thier hands would come off .

@irishmanufan What they do is put on a bald cap then put on blue grease paint which never fully dries. This allows them to have a "wet" look. and the hands are just blue latex gloves with gaffers tape on the end.

Creating the wet greasy look! : ) They may look like they have a mask on since their emotion is the same, but if you look at their eyes the story is being told with small emotions! : )) Hope this helps!
