Apocalypse captured Akuma in MSHvsSF, and decided to amp him up with cybernetic implants. Hence, "Cyber" Akuma. He was the game's last boss. :]
He's Mech Gouki in Japan. :x

You should try doing this mach with you as Rugal against Cyber Akuma. It'll be alot harder.

Awesome fight CyberDragon and a great comeback in the second round! Stage totaly fits to this stage and glad to see that u used the original track!
BTW, what do these Reality or Space power ups mean?

The power-ups are a result of me going into Custom mode (check out 0:39 of the vid). They're the gems from Marvel Superheroes, and they grant Cyber Akuma additional powers. :]
Here's a quick list:
Soul: Passive health recovery
Mind: Passive super-energy recovery
Space: Grants super armor
Reality: Generates projectiles on normal attack
Power: Super-charges ALL attacks
Time: Ups attack/movement speed, takes away rocket fist FP
