Should be sung by Lara Fabian or nobody !!! Dalida's and Lama's interpretations of this song sound like North Korean marsh, I didn't even recognize that this is the same song that Lara Fabian made so breathtakingly beautiful.
@ihave1 I think you are completely wrong, just Lara Fabian sings this song as a tribute to Dalida, Dalida as it was known who made this important song of Serge Lama. Documentese and meet Dalida.
@ihave1 You are really wrong in your judgement. Lara Fabian has a very nice voice, but comes across as a disturbed , angry teenager.
Dalida is a beautiful woman deeply in love and suffering. You feel it in her beautiful voice. Those who have eyes will see it, those who have ears will hear it, those who have a heart will feel it.
@vlalkh Lara has 17.5 MILLION views - comparing to 57 thous. Dalida's. Unlike Dalida's, Lara's voice is feminine, as it suppose for this song. Dalida is not just in pain - its a maniacal-depressing psychosis that ruined her personal life (would u date a maniac?). Not only I don't like this song by Dalida in style of communist marsh, but also look at maniac's eyes when she sings - scary. This song is NOT a tribute to Dalida, Lara just sung it better - hence 17.5 mil views
@ihave1 Sometimes, and more often than not numbers do not mean what they are supposed to mean. Hopefully you know a crowd is always larger than a group of connoisseurs. Millions go to a football game and only few go to a piano concert. Dalida is a beautiful suffering woman with deep feelings and thoughts and most clear feminine voice.. Lara presents just an angry troubled teenager with a teenager voice. Even her body language speaks to that effect. Dalida is most feminine and gracious.
@ihave1 How ignorant are you? The fact that you so easily dismiss this cover shows how very little you are a fan of Lara's, as she performs this song in memory of Dalida.
@ihave1 ihave1 ur such an ignorant!! DALIDA'S INTERPRETATION?!?!?!? WTF?!?!?! the song was singed by Dalida 1st! and she's the one who knows how to sing it the best.
Lorsqu'elle dit son dernier "Je suis malade" et que la chanson termine, on voit clairement qu'elle ne fait pas que chanter une chanson, mais c'est son coeur qui crie au désespoir.
3 Dislikes? These three don't have ears or they don't have a heart to feel this power and this pain in her voice which overwhelm me every time I listen to this song.
Quelle magnifique interprétation...Voilà ce que c'est de mettre de l'émotion dans un texte, sa souffrance se voit et s'entend tellement qu'elle me fait pleurer à chaque fois.
elle a une vois magnifique je l'adore

@ihave1 It is hard to compare to singers. Everyone sings it his own way. I like Dalida because her voice seems strong and in pain at the same time.
