This is not a weirdo, it's a "copyrighted" wire-haired Hungarian vizsla. You do need to let him out though, these dogs are normally used for hunting... They must run at least a few miles per day - outside, not in a room.
When our vizsla Amber does this we call it "having a mental fit"... they just go bonkers don't they, so funny!

HA HA HA my vizsla does this exact same thing. I'm not so keen on the wire haired vizslas..but I think they are one of the most beautiful breeds <3

If you dont excercise them well they will chew the place up and dig craters in your garden. They have so much energy.

You nailed it,this is almost an automatic
reaction to walls and fences,they start running like crazy.They need to be let outside and run run run,these are hunting dogs,not couchpotatoes.:)
