I take pole dancing lessons and the instructors tell us to put our second leg that we climb on in the front instead if the back of our foot like she did but the back is way better and more comfortable I cnt wait to be able to be flexible and go upside down
Oh wow! I've been learning in Tokyo and I've been taught a different technique where we grip the pole with the right leg, then close the left leg over the front of the pole and the climbing requires a lot of arm strength... I think I'll give this a whirl! Thanks!
@Goldib04 Lol she says rub down your pole make sure your hands are slipery and chill dont be scared so your hands wont shake maybe you keep sliping cuz your pole is slpiry
