Thanks for the reply but also remember that everyone is different and Anthony had great genetics and muscle memory on his side. How many calories a day are you consuming? If you can get away with it eat more real food. Some people don't have the time but if you do then replace an mrp or two with real food. I personally have 5 whole food meals and 2 mrp's a day. I have Been gaining about 2kg's daily with this. Best of luck mate, I will be watching closely.
Took you a minute to pick up that bag of chips. LOL. Nice music selection. Use foil on your cookie sheet next time. Less mess. Man that protein shake looks great. Hang in there man you will do well. It might not be a good idea to scale watch put away the scale and weigh in once a month.
Good work mate. I know what it's like to be skinny and struggle to gain weight. I am currently on Anthony Ellis's program and have seen great gains. If I may just suggest one thing I don't think you are eating nearly enough. 3 meals a day is not sufficient in my opinion. You should be eating 6 meals a day minimum. Find a site that lets you work out your daily calorie intake & how much is required to gain and create 6 meals that reach that target. Eat them 3 hours apart and you should be good...
Thanks for the comments. Keep in mind that three meals a day is only REAL FOOD meals and that even Anthony generally only ate 3 real-food meals and made the rest up in MRPs and protein bars and the like. I'm actually ingesting something CONSTANTLY, whether it's food, a double-scoop protein shake, or "authorized" snacks like beef jerky in between meals.
Great job man. Eating clean is the first step to making changes to your body. A lb a week is ambitious, so don't get discouraged if your don't make this in lean mass. Good luck and keep us posted.
he has enough food for like 2 days

I think a pound a week should be doable as long as I keep my calorie count up and keep lifting heavy. Thanks for watching. . .
