The family website says that some of brother Jacob's songs and lyrics will make it on Jackie's next CD. They tease about Jacob and Jackie becoming "another Captain and Tennille." Jacob recently won a design contest for a company that produces custom protective cases for iPhones and iPod Touch.
Did you know Jackie is only 3 1/2 years older than the littlest cutie pie, Rachel, who loves wearing hats? That means she started singing publicly only a year later than Rachel age now. And older brother Jacob is 23 months older than Jackie.
Her Christmas CD videos are absolutely masterful, as if with the highest quality high-definition film values. If David Foster is handling that as well, then he well deserves every penny he makes from producing her now. I wonder if these days he even returns Celine's or Whitney's phone calls? Well, I can understand why he might not answer Whitney ... I think he just opened a retirement account in a Swiss bank and named it Jackie.
Lesson to everyone: Whenever you speak with a child, particularly if you're a stranger (like a television host), but also if you're a parent, ALWAYS get down at their eye level (usually being on a knee is fine). This reduces neck strain, reduces any feeling of intimidation, and usually it creates an environment where they feel more free to open up and speak more freely. They know they're children and aren't going to feel slighted. They'll feel respected.

Well, I don't like to brag, but I once could sing just about half as well. Yup, maybe fully half as well. Mom called me "Elvis' undershirt" whenever I serenaded the captive audience in our old Ford Fairlane station wagon. Funny, we didn't have that old car very long. Mom drove it off an embankment, just after I started singing my "Suspicious Minds" encore.
I agree with comment about banner on bottom of screen while she is singing. It shows two sides of the world we live in. The beauty one child can bring , versus the horror in our world today.Really makes you think.

@UToobdad Well for the rest of the time, we'd have to ask her parents and siblings if she really is so mild mannered. I do agree though. She is a type of superhero, and the hero shows when she sings.
Why does she look and seem so different? On Americas got talent she seemed very proper, calm, young, ect. But here she seems like a little Disney star.
@Vegluv091 I first noticed this on her Oprah segment. I think she's being coached to smile a lot and be very bubbly. I would prefer that she just be herself, but I doubt if her mentors will be taking my advice. At least Jackie is fun to watch no mater what happens.
@adventurous63 She might be coached, but part of might be that she is getting used to being on stage. On AGT, she was probably a little nervous and withdrawn. Now that she is more accustomed to performing to so many, it's easier to act like that. Though I think you're still right, it definately has something to do with coaching. Coaching which is unnecessary for the most part, in my opinion.
Jackie wants to sing at Simon's wedding and he says " he's a hard critic".. HA!!! Simon should be lucky that an angel like Jackie wants to sing at his wedding.. He should be very lucky indeed... Susan Boyle was a no show his birthday party...

It's really great she sang for our troops. That is the navy, isn't it?
I'm just hoping she just doesn't look down on the harder side of music (rock, ect) on here she didn't sound like she thought that much about it. But I would still easily prefer he singing classical than most of those other genres (even if she were to be part of a band like Lacey Mosley/Sturm). Only a genre of such sweet sound deserves a voice such as this.
But the news text under it about gay marriages ruined it all!}:(

@MurryFolt I Just hope Jackie when she gets older doesn't follow in Christina Aguilera's Path also from the Pittsburgh area Christina started as a young girl with Great Vocals then went Dirrty and turned a lot of her former fans like me off.Her vocals became unimportant for showmanship.
