People said the goldrusher wasn't scary, huh? Well, this ride is 10 times less scary than the goldrusher... The goldrusher was very dark and things popped out at you, and it's music was just creepy....and with that guy with no legs at the end.... that was creepy..... this ride is just stupid...

This ride is AMAZINGLY fun. I like shooting random things (Not even targets) Sometimes my gun doesn't work :-( and this place is nice and cool for when you go to Kennywood on a hot day you just come in this ride and it is nice and cool. lol

The graphics on this is pretty good. The line is usally short and it is nice and cool inside. It's a pretty fun ride. I would Recomend it for the people that like shooting things and things like moving. Lol. Fun ride

I really hope they get rid of the pre-show room or make it optional. I like to go on this repeatedly, and hate standing in that room when I've already seen the show before. It would be nice to see The Old Mill brought back...I never got to ride it!

omg, this used to be THE coolest ride at Kennywood, when it was called the Ghostship. This was nothing like it. The original was SCARY. Then water would come down on you when your cab would knock the doors open at the end. Anyone remember?

umm... this ride was never called the Ghost Ship... the Ghost Ship dark ride was located in the Park's original dance hall and was completley destroyed by fire 34 years ago. This ride is called Ghostwood Estate and opened last year, it has nothing to do with the Ghost Ship.

You got that right. There's no comparison at all. The cabs were really jerky and would spin you around really fast and scare the bejesus out of you. Kennywood's still the best.

Your thinking of Noah's Ark. After they re-did the ride later on, they added the excavation elevator that breaks down and drops and that part where you're in some sort of underground/underwater escape pod. Back in the 90's the entrance was a huge whale's head with a giant foam tongue you had to walk on These new owners are pimping it out now and revamping everything.: ( I'm gad they gave us a haunted house back after they took La Chateau away and gutted The Old Mill.

your all wrong, i think in 1975 the ghostship burned down, it was next to the auto race, this ride is new and it replaced the gold rush, brand new. i never rode it, but everyone at my school who rode it said it was stupid. the one you are thinking about i think is noah's ark.

wow, i bet u don't even live in pittsburgh, thats why!  the noahs arc, i think, is a historic ride or something and im not even sure if they are allowed to tear it down, the noahs arc is a great ride, historic to kennywood and pittsburgh, almost all of pttsburgh would be mad if they tore it down, the new owners are ruining kennywood, noahs arc was i think built in the 1930s or something like dat.
