I would assume that the Chinese language(s?) have evolved considerably in fifteen hundred years, so it's surprising that Omi can communicate adequately with Dashi (assuming Omi is speaking Chinese and not English, which would raise the question of how Dashi speaks English...). Or maybe I'm just over thinking it. This is a kids show after all. :P

@ThatFreakWhoHauntsU I don't think his temple was destroyed, for one she didn't even know of Chase considering she never directly fought him. Secondly, Chase could have stopped her if he wanted but it's possible that he was already observing the monks at this point and wanted them to handle it as a test of sorts. He stated in the episode he appeared in when Jack offered him Wu that he had no interest in Shen Gong Wu and that he was only there to observe the young monks he HEARD so much about.

@Kazuma8462 that is true except chase was fighting wuya in time after time (but the story goes that dashi fought her ALONE...this show has so many plotholes) but she ddnt know about the soup he drank so she prob just assumed he died...but yeah he couldve been watching them...tht makes sense now though so thx :)

@ThatFreakWhoHauntsU Indeed, I agree about the plot holes and about what you said regarding Dashi. It's quite possible that when the show first started, they hadn't even thought of the concept of Chase or Guan. I'm assuming they didn't really create those characters until season one ended. At least, that is my guess, which would explain that particular plot hole. When a show starts they don't even have the entire series figured out beforehand. They sometimes figure it out as they go along.
