@dka0314 I can make that same basic tone with the wah and a Boss "Super Overdrive" pedal. Plug the wah in before the overdrive (very important). Finger picking is also an important part of the sound he has.

All I can say is that anyone arguing about anything in this song should shut thier face. I'm a true Buckethead fan and he named this song padmasana for a reason. The word padmasana is a combo of two words that means position of peace. This song is Buckethead putting a great amount of feeling into what he does best. This song is meant to stay at dynamics of piano and meso forte to create a good relaxed feeling for the listener. That is why it's called PADMASANA. So please don't argue about this

As #'s and I have referenced "Watermelon In Easter Hay"....that tune has a dynamic that most mellow tunes adhere to. For me, the moments at the 5 and 6 minute marks of are not enough, although it would have been great to hear. Also, the foul note at 7:40/41 is pretty horrible for a tune like this. So, I hope this clears up any uncertainty you may have of my previous general observation.
