China Eastern Airlines - An Argument of Poor and Unprofessional Service

To the comment below, this was 100% CHINA EASTERN AIRLINES. However, I should have mentioned that it was a China Eastern CONNECTING air flight from Guangzhou, China to Nanchang, China and then Nanchang, China to Xiamen, China.

It was Flight 5232. The flight was sechduled to leave at 9:50PM but it did not take off until 2:15AM.

I guess it's China Southern airlines.....China Eastern has no flight between CAN-XMN.

i think that people need to relax. airline customer service representatives are doing their best. many of the situations are out of their control, and people always resort to yelling at them. people need to give them a break! i feel bad for this poor girl. obviously, people just think that they need to get waht they want.
