I'm already an expert(or at least I think so) in hex-editing Bully SE's ide.img and configure the characters' stats.

Now I think I want to go to the next level - Retexture.

Can you give me a little guide, please?

@TheLeaderofBDC, yeah you are definately gonna need a Paint.NET, NifSkope, IMG opener, the textures are on the world.img.

@oxsarahbabieeox, you have to replace it with a clothing outfit and wear it, then you'll be literally wearing a new character :)

@jaguar004, you need to mod your xbox360 to be able to mod games, I don't know how to do it though, because I modded the pc version with an xbox360 controller, but look up on google how to mod xbox360's, if you don't want to mod it, then I don't know how to do it, I mod on pc, but I don't know exactly how to mod on consoles.

@jaguar004, is it wii, ps2 or X360? I modded the pc version, I went to the data files.

to place removed characters back in the game, you gotta edit the ide.img file and change FF FF FF FF to 00 01 00 00 in the characters that you want in the game. For the bikes, go to handling.cfg, for modelling and retexturing, you gotta open world.img with an img opener from GTA Tools, those are the mods I know how to do.
