yeah, i definitely agree with seatiger. this song is so emotional and wonderful in the show. I definitely thought that his character was the emotional center of the show. His struggles, especially after all he's overcome, are so heart-wrenching and eventually, heart-breaking. When I saw him at stage door, I had to give him a big hug to keep myself from bursting into tears. I'm so upset he didn't get a Tony (nod, at least). I saw gypsy, and the characters in that weren't nearly as good.

I saw the u/s in this role. The u/s is Eliseo Roman, the actor who normally plays the Piragua Guy. I thought Eliseo's version was more powerful.
