he i got a 98 accord and just dropped a 92 h22 but i got some cables with plugs that are just hanging out did you had that or every plug plugged in to the motor. also i had added a turbo so it runs but only at normal speed if i accelerate hard were the turbo has to kick in it kinds of chokes. any ideas what im missing or need to do

i got a type-S h22 boosted. made 325whp and 245tq. at 8.5 psi. my rings went. i dont want to spend all dat money to sleeve the h22 block. so thinking about doing an f22 block (which i got layin around my garage). question is - did u have to balance the bottom end rotating assembly or will it take that high revving with out spinning any bearings?

lol ok do some research. People have turbo'd a stock f22b2 to 300whp. Just wth turbo. Thats maybe 2 grand at most. Now do a head swap(g22) from a h22 for mabe $400 tops and u up ur stock hp to almost 200. Add the $2k turbo on top of that and ur lookin at $2500 for 400hp. Thn add in ur intakes, fuel injectors, spark plugs, fuel ratio. You could get 450-500whp out of that for less then 5k. Gg. Now go watch ur anime porn

The cost of the turbo kit, F22b blocks are cast iron. They're heavy but very strong so respond and take to boost very well.

a G22 is an f22 with an h22a block. Im gussing because G is inbetween H and F on the keyboard thats where the G came from.

lol you got it the other way around the G22 is the F22 block and H22 head. which is the perfect set up for boost. F22 block has low compression pistons and the H22 is great cuz its Dual Cam instead of single. What more can you ask for i Myself have an H22 Head just waiting to be put on my F22 :-)

yea its a really good set up! and not only does the F22 have low compression pistons but the block has iron cast sleeves! so thats why its so perfect to boost! G22 or F22 either way the f-series motor is underrated!

Makes me glad i have one. I hate D series engines they just seem like little poop machines. The F series gives a decent bit of power for a budget engine plus you can do the G swap on it. I have a 92 accord EX with an f22a6

OMG are u SLOW, they dont make G series, its a mix of the F22 bottom end with a H22 head, so u get DOHC but no Vtec so BOOST!!
