Steam and Extraction is good for restaurant carpet that is saturated with grease but I still use the bonnet system on alot of residential carpets as well as office buildings. If you change the bonnets out quickly you will pick up all the dirt and it looks much better than extraction but it must be done right or you are just spreading dirt.

unless you do it in two steps . Put it down wih one pad to release the soil and then pick it up. IT WORKS. I follow steam cleaners every day......... WE DO WHAT THEY CANT.

Wel nothing like polishing dirt deeper into the carpet, WE come in after guys like you all the time and show the customer the difference. I'm sorry but encapsulation process is just never going to cut it for carpet cleaning.

Think about it, the bonnet gets dirty instantly and then you are just rubbing the dirt into the carpet.

Steam extraction is the only way to go.

carpets are dry in 15 minutes???? gg, ja ja, smile... sorry. And the orbital machine is not for trhe carpet You need water?... and dry 15 in minutes???
