bro i just shot a squirl 30 yard away that was about 20ft upa tree in the head, well im pretty sure i shot it in the head but listen i normally make fishing g bait or dog food wth my squirls but i caint find it, i new i hit it cause it fell from the tree then startied flipping and flopping any suggestions on tracking a squirl

my scope never gets messed up on my daisy 1000, also spring powered. I prefer the open sights though, fiber optic not iron. Still a good shot though :)

The scope on the air rifle is pointless. The vibration forces you to adjust after every shot.

i dont have this gun but my friend does we both go hunting i use a beeman pellet rifle same power and its the same good to and it comes with its own scope so you dont have to look for one that fits ur gun

I have the same Rifle. Got for free from my aunts BF and i shot through my back drop with is two 1" thick ply wood with a carpet and it shot through that and both sides of my shed. My shed is like i think a little smaller than 1/4 thick. AWESOME GUN!!!!

wtf. my gun sounds a lot diffrent, i have the exact same gun. It almost "vibrates" when it shoots and it doesnt sound like a gun. haha idk wats wrong its still powerful though.

ya for some reason i think the spring inside gets messed up or you have to oil it probally in a certain spot because mind would make a nasty noise but keep the same strength but after a while the noise will get worse

i used to have this gun but then after a few weeks it'd make a nasty noise when it'd shoot and the recoil sucked also cause it'd throw off alot of shots not to mention having the break barrel wasn't to great also

if you get like that grease stuff and when u break it theres like a lil metal piece that kinda has that grease stuff on it last time i put some more on it and it helped fix that noise for a while

You need to get a specific scope designed for these high power springers because of the forward jolt when fired. I bought a scope designed for this type of gun and holy shit I always nail what I'm shooting at even at almost 200yds.

some people r so good with open sights i just like the scope more im better with it and more fun in target shooting and i can shoot more than 60 but 35 yard for this target size (sparrow size) is a shot for a scoped rifle

a scope (3-9x40)or more a air veturi gas spring

and a GRT-III trigger get them correctly installed and u can shoot more than 50 yards easy. thats if u zerod the scope on that range.

i recomend that u install a air venturi gas spring and a GRT-III trigger 2 improve the power and accuracy ^_^

gregb544 doesn't know what hes sying. A 4.5 (.177) caliber airgun can even take up to a 250 pound boar with specail ammo.You can see the vid by typing "pellet gun vs. pig". I have a 4.5mm airgun that shoots 1200fps. I can take down, crows, rats, squirrels, possums and raccoons easily from a distance of 50 100 feet.

depends like really a 5.5 can take out anything upto cat squirell and i even heard about a small coyote but a 4.5/.177 can take out birds wth ease and if your going or a small cat or squirel you need good aim to get the kill shot and must be fairly close

i have the big cat, and they are only 1000FPS... 1200 if you use a special ammo.

thats right ! but a with this airgun you can hit and kill a rabbit from 40 meters but you must choose the right pellets ansd the right scope a scope that you can know the bullet drop with or your long shots will not hit any thing...
