I agree with Neil most of the time but he's uninformed on this topic. As with any new technology, people resist because they are intimidated by anything out of the ordinary. Every Volt on the road with be a rolling advertisement and since it really is a very nice car, it will eventually catch on. I pick up my new Volt next week and I'm anxious to see the response from other drivers. I think I will be making a lot of new friends! Neil will eat his words in three to five years.
@dannytroy I never knew who Neil was until he started popping up in Volt videos, from what I have heard, 'he's an idiot!' Me knowing a lot about the Volt I can said he is pure propaganda. Of all the professional praise this car has receive and he finds this guy? Where was he when it won maybe all American car awards, and since he can't find anything to hate on the car based on merit he rely's on typical Fox news approach, throw government into it and hope to get a stir out of people.

Also this show fox don't know what they are doing why do they have video of a 2006 2007 concept car? That design was rejected back in 2007 after failing the wind test. I can't never remember read how anyone who driving one where not amazed. Why call it a dud when it the most award winning car in history? Maybe that why is has so many awards?
I love Fox propaganda he is comparing a 40k car sales to and 20k car sales, one of the best selling cars at that to prove a point. Why not try to compare it to other cars it's price? Why not compare it to other cars like it? What about the Lexus hybrid selling 207? What about Honda insight with 749? Also it was never meant to sale in high volumes. Why is it every time Volt comes up from Fox there always have to be something about Government, Taxpayer this car was in development since 2006.
