i dont think all social workers are bad. i think it depends on the person. a social worker saved my life. and now im going to school to become a social worker and i hope to REALLY help a child who needs it. i know some social workers are bad, but i really want to make a difference with my career choice.

They always talk about the parents' abuse. How about tal;king about the foster care abuse where kids are 8 X more likely to be abused than if the parents werr3e given services at home. Statistics show that even drug addicted parents' kids do better with the parents' support of rehab and other needs. As for accountability? CPS workers do whatever they want, when they want to whom they want and never have to answer for it. They ignore foster care abuse since the whole System is their pay

No one holds CPS accountable. That's why there is so much corruption within Child Welfare. Doctors, Lawyers, Therapists, Judges, Court Personnel, Law enforcement, etc all part of the Racketeering. Serious note: I was foster care mom in Minnesota n had good set of CPS. Our cnty had 2 workers,both grew up there n knew us. Then the foster care overseer, from a big town an hour away, got one CPS transferred out, then started bringing in kids from far counties. She started certifying crap foster fams, I complained. I finally quit, was so hard, these kids would beg to go home n so scared from what other foster fams to them.

@wiseroldowl - Even if you don't have a webcam, just making a bare bones video with some generic pictures and annotations is good - the more people get the word out, the sooner these demons go down.

I think their is an unfair ratio and yes you should get a jury of peers ,,hell yes, I seen to many taken without cause in reality on the opinions of people who do not have kids and then they end up severerly abused or dead, and then sometimes they help restore famiilies. No you don't just trust cps or when u know a child is abused ignore it forever.

@SpringChatty - I've never, ever heard of them restoring families. No one I've encountered has ever had anything good to say about CPS, except 2 groups of people: 1) CPS workers or their close relatives, and 2) homosexuals. Not sure why homosexuals are so supportive of CPS. Maybe they became homosexual because they were abused, so they think abuse is everywhere. Or maybe they just don't like heterosexuality / families.
