I have been wanting to try this for quite some time now but all the videos I see is o guys who are either skinny or somewhat ripped already. I am prolly your size but only 20 yrs and in a really bad shape. Were you able to do all the workouts or were you just not in shape to do some workouts and halfassed it? thank you
Hey Omerk. It's very challenging. I don't do it too often, and I only got the cardio sessions. But I believe this type of workout, though super tough, and will kick your Arse, especially if you are out of shape, I believe that in time it will make you stronger and more fit. It's a pretty good system.
To be honest p90x is something to help people who are fat or want some muscle. But I worked out for a couple months and got huge on muscles. benching 275, curling 140, military pressing 150. i'm 16 weighing 134 and i train and learn mma.
