1) Plan Out Gel Layout before hand (i.e. strategically load ladder and samples)

2) Indicate orientation on the GEL by making an excision in order to orientate and cut the NCL membrane in the corresponding location afterwards.

3) When probing for proteins with high expression, load in every other well.
