Amazon has it for 20$ right now, and having played '08 the Show the answer really depends on what you want.

'08 the Show is more realistic and the pitching is more in-depth. Power Pros on the other hand is slightly less realistic with better batting mechanics.

That said I had more fun playing Power Pros, and it's cartoon style is less intimidating allowing non-gamers to play easily.
