Basicallythe guy in the white suit is some kind of local politician, and the guys on camera keep asking him tough questions, like "We only get water to part of our area, when will we get power to the rest?" And "There aren't enough paved roads here, when will you pave the rest?" the guy in white drinks his water and says, "These questions have gotten too difficult!!" And then the voiceover says something like "No matter how hard the questions, you can call here. Especially if they are about HIV.
