@kylak8j I have entered numerous foster care institutions and I know that had the child's home looked as bad as the state paid placements, the caseworker would have removed the child for unsafe and unsanitary living conditions. Take the same child and put them in foster care and the sky is the limit on how bad the placement may be.

@satanicangel21 The only difference I have personally witnessed is that this family writes letters for every single visit, phone call, or issue. Regardless what the problem, this family is on top of the issue and writes letters to rectify the problems. The letters become evidence and eventually, this judge saw that CPS was pulling rank on a family who did not need CPS involvement. CPS began to send different CPS workers, who claimed ignorance because they were new to the case.
If you have documented each and every incident and completed the services required by the courts, if your child suffers in foster care, try to find an attorney who will file suit against Texas.
Thanks for showing some good and negative points about CPS. I feel that case workers need more support and education in the area of Child Abuse Preventioin themselves. Most caseworkers are so overwhelmed with heavy caseloads, court appointments, and home visits that its causes stress and they are unable to think logically.Supervisors are inexperienced and caseworkers are inexperience. The fact is, they removed a child based on the theory that it "may be in danger", and placed the child in actual danger when they placed it in a foster home that knowingly denied needed medical care to the child.The state uses double standards when they crucify bio parents over the tiniest issues, yet allow the foster parents to get away with real abuse.

Drug tests aren't infallible. One drug test should not be accepted as conclusive - it should be followed, ideally, by another drug test, using a different means of testing.

This is sad. I remember when they took my baby from me at about 4 weeks old. He ended up getting a staph infection in his genital areas and no one did anything about it. I documented it on video and showed them. They told me I was over exagurating. My son smelled, was sick with multiple respiratory infections and they didn't do anything. The only way anything was done is if I contacted law enforcement and then they threatened to cut contact off completely. These people are sick and don't care.

The Affidavit states the Baby is positive for one drug while mom is positive for a different illicit drug, and sounds like something this vindictive aunt would do just to make CPS look stupid.

She walked out on my dad and my brother and I. My brother and I were just babies when she left. All we had was our dad. My dad was far from perfect. @hope4kidz there is a fact, that might be interesting for the case. i had to do drug tests for a longer time. and at one occasion i was positive on opiates. But i didn´t do drugs for a long, long time (over seven years!) at that point, so i was surprised. These tests are not always reliable!

I have a copy of the drug test and mom did not test positive for drugs. Hospitals need to test prior to giving pain medication because once the hospital gives mom pain medication, the drug test results are skewed.
You must not have seen the Judge Judy vid where JJ is wrong; CPS does take kids without cause. JJ has not been in Family Law Courts for over twenty years.

Very scary to think the state almost took this baby without a single cause, based on a lie. With a different mom, the state says they received call mom was neglecting baby on Nov. 16th. Baby was born by C-Section in the afternoon of Nov. 16th!

Hey heads up, after I had my triplets, they were born premature, so they didint come home all at once, when my second baby came home, I almost had a heartattack, cause when I changed her diaper, she was red raw. freakin red raw in her diaper area, and again, when I got her home from the hospital.
The diaper rash was not the babys only problem.. She had thrush of the mouth, asthma, (2) ear infections, colic and I don't remember what else.. Nobody in CPS saw anything wrong with this...

It's a funny world. I know for a FACT that the feds have been pushing cocaine on youngsters through unskilled employment for many years. The FBI and prominent attorneys engage routinely in other crimes, one I saw myself resulted in two young girls bleeding to death in the street.

The District Attorney's office in Houston, Texas, told me they do not prosecute perjury (lying under oath), "because we expect people to lie in family court."

Try telling Social Services is fully justified to my sister (may she RIP). At age 9 we were both in foster care due to bogus abuse charges against my father while in FL. I could only aspire to being a BSW, instead I am in a technical field. I have however chaired a community centre board, worked on national and provincial boards for a youth organization, serve on the board for the professional association of my industry, chaired a local service club and a local sports association.
There is no denying this happens: But when a child is removed from a home HERE it is done with a great deal of gravity and as much consideration as time and the safety of the child will allow.

I love telling stories. In fact some people call me the story teller. I tell mostly true stories. So here were go. I knew a guy that loved to smoke his dope. He was unemployable. He would smoke his marijuana from a bong water pipe. He would close all the windows in his apartment.His six year old would get high from the second hand smoke. Sometimes she would open the window because she didn't like the feeling she got.Her dad would give her hell for opening the window.
I can't tell many stories about drug addict parents though. I could write a book however on alcoholic parents and what it is like to grow up in an alcoholic home. However most people wouldn't want to read those stories. The roller coaster ride would be to much for some people. Some people wouldn't even believe that anyone could go through that much in one life time. The stories I could tell would bring people to a state of shock, tears or disbelief.
I don't think much about child services. In the 60's the children went to the mother no matter what. My biological mother walked out when my brother and I were babies. She left my dad for some guy she met in a bar. My biological mother was a severe alcohol and yet social services were willing to give us to our mother anyway. My dad hid me and my brother from social services.
Child services only care about numbers, because the more little humans they can kidnap and sell, the more bonuses they receive. Once they have the children, they don't even care about them. Kids are simply dollar signs.
The Dept of CPS representative kept refering to the blisters that the baby had as "a rash". It clearly was blisters that could have become a life-threatening infection. Some babies die this way within a day or so, yet CPS didn't get the baby to a doctor for at least a week.
Then the Dept of CPS representative mentions a program to help train the foster parents: Corrective Action Plan (CAP). Oh it sounds sooooo official and professional. Corrective Action Plan! Give me a break!
It was actually 3 wks. They hid the baby from the family for 2 wks until the Media got involved and made them produce her. Then they still waitied another week...
OMG! I pray for this child to be returned to her mom and dad. I hope you gather enough of a support network including doctors and councellors,parenting group staff and other friends and family to supeana to court with you the next time you go to court with this "black-market child abducting cult."....Foster parents only take a few week course you know. Not much background checks either. CPS is REALLY bad here as well.
The baby was returned to the paternal grandmother the day after the pictures were shown in court, the case worker and state attorney were also caught lying. The baby didn't get to go home to her God Given Parents for several months after. It wasn't until Judge Judy's Producer called CPS that the parents were even allowed to see the baby while in custody of grandmother.. Thank you for your support!
A diaper rash is not abnormal for a baby, but when the diaper rash becomes an infection and especially with a very young baby, most know that the skin is the biggest "organ" of humans. When this much skin is so seriously infected, the baby is pulling on her ears because they are also infected, this baby could have died!
This was no ordinary "rash" this was seriously infected skin on the babies' bottom.

@kylak8j I have entered numerous foster care institutions and I know that had the child's home looked as bad as the state paid placements, the caseworker would have removed the child for unsafe and unsanitary living conditions. Take the same child and put them in foster care and the sky is the limit on how bad the placement may be.

@satanicangel21 The only difference I have personally witnessed is that this family writes letters for every single visit, phone call, or issue. Regardless what the problem, this family is on top of the issue and writes letters to rectify the problems. The letters become evidence and eventually, this judge saw that CPS was pulling rank on a family who did not need CPS involvement. CPS began to send different CPS workers, who claimed ignorance because they were new to the case.

Thanks for showing some good and negative points about CPS. I feel that case workers need more support and education in the area of Child Abuse Preventioin themselves. Most caseworkers are so overwhelmed with heavy caseloads, court appointments, and home visits that its causes stress and they are unable to think logically.Supervisors are inexperienced and caseworkers are inexperience. Child Abuse Prevention and Community Involvment is the Key.

That being said, there should be more emphasis on helping women to overcome their issues,rather than focusing on taking away the children. There are underutilized facilities that treat women in-house, which allow them to keep their children with them while they are there. Sometimes women drink alcohol or use other kinds of drugs (even legal ones prescribed by their doctor) before realizing that they are pregnant. The fact is, they removed a child based on the theory that it "may be in danger", and placed the child in actual danger when they placed it in a foster home that knowingly denied needed medical care to the child.The state uses double standards when they crucify bio parents over the tiniest issues, yet allow the foster parents to get away with real abuse.

I work for the state and interact with the court and CPS on a weekly basis. When someone says they use "a little bit", 9/10 the drug test says differently and often reveals other drug use. Drug tests aren't infallible. One drug test should not be accepted as conclusive - it should be followed, ideally, by another drug test, using a different means of testing.

This is sad. I remember when they took my baby from me at about 4 weeks old. He ended up getting a staph infection in his genital areas and no one did anything about it. I documented it on video and showed them. They told me I was over exagurating. My son smelled, was sick with multiple respiratory infections and they didn't do anything. The only way anything was done is if I contacted law enforcement and then they threatened to cut contact off completely. These people are sick and don't care.

@ladysuzilyon Note the deprecated vid at 2.23, and if you take a second look at .53, you will notice a black spot in the supervisor's hair and this spot carries and appears on daddy's face at .56 and at .57 the vid is breaking up and baby has a "lesion" on her nose and daddies face is kinda' falling apart on the vid.
Those are video issues and the spot disappears at 1.02.

The Affidavit states the Baby is positive for one drug while mom is positive for a different illicit drug, and sounds like something this vindictive aunt would do just to make CPS look stupid.

If the standard of parenting was that parents needed to be sober the whole of their child's life,few people would have their children. @hope4kidz there is a fact, that might be interesting for the case. i had to do drug tests for a longer time. and at one occasion i was positive on opiates. But i didn´t do drugs for a long, long time (over seven years!) at that point, so i was surprised. These tests are not always reliable!

Positive 4 Opiates and Dr.'s know but they do not tell the public this information. Presumed Positive means nothing w-o further testing.

@chasingpaganini Yes, they were on Judge Judy and the father's sister admitted to making false allegations. She is a jealous little twerp as you can see at the end of the Judge Judy Part II. The full vid of 6 month old Rachel shows her pulling her left ear, a severe diaper rash, bronchitis, & more.
Skin is human's largest body part, and the smaller the baby, the larger and more serious are skin infections. She suffered severe neglect by foster parent, but nothing happened to foster parent.

If they don't love and care for her they don't deserve her! The foster parent was uncaring and inept at best. Hopefully they are not caring for other kids. The social worker was just trying to do her job. It's not her fault. It's the parents irresponsible behaviour that started this whole ball rolling.

I have a copy of the drug test and mom did not test positive for drugs. Hospitals need to test prior to giving pain medication because once the hospital gives mom pain medication, the drug test results are skewed.
You must not have seen the Judge Judy vid where JJ is wrong; CPS does take kids without cause. JJ has not been in Family Law Courts for over twenty years.

Here's the deal. CPS came to hospital to take baby.
CPS said mom was positive for marijuana and the baby was positive for cocaine.
CPS LIED! Once in the system, families are hounded for years w-o consideration for the stress forced onto families.
I'm tired of the destructive nature of CPS' actions with this child.
No neglect, no abuse, no exigency, and CPS can't take child.

Very scary to think the state almost took this baby without a single cause, based on a lie. With a different mom, the state says they received call mom was neglecting baby on Nov. 16th. Baby was born by C-Section in the afternoon of Nov. 16th!

If your baby has a diaper rash with pustules, I would hope you would take them to the doctor and if they are a small baby, take them immediately.

There is legal recourse, and when CPS violates policy and procedures, placing children in danger, when they are sued for wrongful acts, the agency has enough money and lawyers to sink a ship.
I know from personal experience, even with 100 G., one cannot win in a court where the judge sees these same caseworkers on a regular basis.
We need an unbiased, ng agency, to review and take proper action.

A fine and a telling off: Just a little more severe than talking on a cell phone while driving or drinking in a bar.
All are crimes, the points on your license for talking on a cell phone is likely more expensive than being caught with an ounce of cannabis (weed).

The actual drug test was not falsified. It clearly states that both mom and baby are NEG.
The falsified data presented to the court was strictly based on the agents' written word, sworn to in the Affidavit to the court.
They CPS agents do not have to show proof that what they say is true.
Grandma obtained a copy of the drug test from the hospital.
Here, we have to prove the agency is lying,
Agents do not have to prove we are guilty.

Try telling Social Services is fully justified to my sister (may she RIP). At age 9 we were both in foster care due to bogus abuse charges against my father while in FL. While in custody my sister got robbed and a kid attempted to rape her in the foster home. I was the only one to take any action by beating the kid to a pulp for trying to rape her..at 9 yrs old!!!!! Social Services and the foster mother did nothing at all. Don't give me this ISOLATED INCIDENT BS. Foster kids=money.

Lawyers who fight CPS have their own children taken by CPS, are thrown in jail and face horrific retribution. Very few lawyers have the guts to fight CPS. But in the future, more will jump on the bandwagon, because there will be money to be made in class action lawsuits. The CPS lawyers here include people that have served on boards with me helping underprivileged people as a matter of course and doing it freely.
I could only aspire to being a BSW, instead I am in a technical field. I have however chaired a community centre board, worked on national and provincial boards for a youth organization, serve on the board for the professional association of my industry, chaired a local service club and a local sports association.

There is no denying this happens: But when a child is removed from a home HERE it is done with a great deal of gravity and as much consideration as time and the safety of the child will allow.

I love telling stories. In fact some people call me the story teller. I tell mostly true stories. So here were go. I knew a guy that loved to smoke his dope. He was unemployable. He would smoke his marijuana from a bong water pipe. He would close all the windows in his apartment.His six year old would get high from the second hand smoke. Sometimes she would open the window because she didn't like the feeling she got.Her dad would give her hell for opening the window.

I can't tell many stories about drug addict parents though. I could write a book however on alcoholic parents and what it is like to grow up in an alcoholic home. However most people wouldn't want to read those stories. The roller coaster ride would be to much for some people. Some people wouldn't even believe that anyone could go through that much in one life time. The stories I could tell would bring people to a state of shock, tears or disbelief.

I don't think much about child services. In the 60's the children went to the mother no matter what. My biological mother walked out when my brother and I were babies. She left my dad for some guy she met in a bar. My biological mother was a severe alcohol and yet social services were willing to give us to our mother anyway. My dad hid me and my brother from social services.

The Dept of CPS representative kept refering to the blisters that the baby had as "a rash". It clearly was blisters that could have become a life-threatening infection. Some babies die this way within a day or so, yet CPS didn't get the baby to a doctor for at least a week.
Then the Dept of CPS representative mentions a program to help train the foster parents: Corrective Action Plan (CAP). Oh it sounds sooooo official and professional. Corrective Action Plan! Give me a break!

I hope you gather enough of a support network including doctors and councellors,parenting group staff and other friends and family to supeana to court with you the next time you go to court with this "black-market child abducting cult."....Foster parents only take a few week course you know. The baby was returned to the paternal grandmother the day after the pictures were shown in court, the case worker and state attorney were also caught lying. The baby didn't get to go home to her God Given Parents for several months after. It wasn't until Judge Judy's Producer called CPS that the parents were even allowed to see the baby while in custody of grandmother.. Thank you for your support!

A diaper rash is not abnormal for a baby, but when the diaper rash becomes an infection and especially with a very young baby, most know that the skin is the biggest "organ" of humans. When this much skin is so seriously infected, the baby is pulling on her ears because they are also infected, this baby could have died!
This was no ordinary "rash" this was seriously infected skin on the babies' bottom.
