Loco is the man!!! he is a great artist and a good person, he doesn't tattoo for the money he does it for the love of the art work... if he doesn't think it will look good on you he won't do it.... and most important he has a very soft hand... hopefully i can finish up my Samoan sleeve soon!!!!!
