It's also sort of a nod to a bit of Zeppelin lore. According to the website in Feb 1970, Led Zeppelin are billed as "The Nobs" at a Copenhagen show due to an irate relative of the Zeppelin airship family, Eva Von Zeppelin, who threatens to sue the group if they use their name in her home country. That and the fact that a "Nob" is Brit slang for a dick. Cheers!

she threatened to sue after seeing the cover of their first album, which depicted...well, i'm sure everyone knows. anyway, as JPJ puts it "we heard all this screaming and she came running out of the room threatening to sue us if we didn't stop using the name. she was reportedly checking out the studio, because she was happy they were using the family name.
