There are a few one-time only villains like Nightmare from Kirby's Adventure, Marx from Milky Way Wishes in Kirby Superstar, and Dark Mind from Kirby & the Amazing Mirror (who is also that game's version of both 02 and Nightmare). But 02 is the main villain of 3 Kirby games (Dreamland 2 and 3 and Kirby 64)

zero two is zero( the final boss for KDL3). Did you notice the bandage on his head? And the halo? The halo means he's reincarnated and under the bandage is a gaping hole where zero's pupil busted out from its body.

Even though it's a glitch, I actually kinda enjoy that you can't see his health, it makes you more cautious, and sorta makes the fight more awesome, you don't know when he's going to die so you have to brave it out and fight him till the end, you can't really stop being careful until he actually dies, I dunno, it adds a sense of coolness to the battle I suppose ^_^
