Unfortunatly the diet/fitness advices we find around are all based on Eat Less Excersie More so your body burns its onwn stored body fat But its assumed it will happend for sure and nothing will change or happend inside our system.. LoL!! Sooo wrong!! but its easy to say oh he is fat as he is greedy and lazy and he is fit as he is lucky and he can eat whatever he wants..lucky him!!
the goal is getting body temp steady at 37c and pulse 70/80 a minute) and not Lets see how many calories i can burn extra vs how many ive eaten during the day so that i creat a defict.. Nooo Where In Science Its Been Said!! Yes we can atchive weight loss by eating less and doing more(especially if u r dieting 1st or 2nd time)but in long term U only Gain More Fat weight as u have low muscle quantity,low bone dencity and messed up metabolism hormones and thyroid/liver function
@bransoneubanks True! 4 lows!!but NoNe of em say about weight lost!! they r about energy and not metabolism!! plus none of em say eat less and burn more!!the first law thats about close systems and humans are NOT(we poo,pee,sweat,loose energy all d times) The 2nd is about not closed systems(Thats US!);it says: energy is lost and used to make available energy!! But None of em say put LESS energy in a systen and make it use up his stored energy!! NoNE!!
